I will use techniques, personalized to you. The benefits of trauma narrative therapy, cognitive processing therapy, CBT and restorative practices that address the impact trauma has on the autonomic nervous system are well established and evidence based.
Through gradual, well paced therapy, we will focus on improving how you think, feel, and engage with the difficult experiences that trauma brings.
